'Excellent' patient care, says survey |

Patients of one.day medical centre have rated their overall experience as either 'good' or 'excellent', according to our latest patients satisfaction survey. A total of 94% gave us the top mark 'excellent', whilst 6% said their overall impression was 'good'. Our patient satisfaction survey covers all aspects of care - from how patients are initially greeted at reception, to their experience of our consultants and nursing team. A total of 99% of patients thought their treatment and their consultant were 'excellent'. Tina Walton, centre manager, said: "We are delighted that patients think so highly of one.day. Patient care is paramount, and I am extremely proud to be part of a team that delivers an excellent service to patients." one.day now welcomes NHS patients from across south east Essex for endoscopy services and NHS patients from Fortis GP practices for ENT services. |
